Shipping & Returns

The e-mail message that BuyOffSeason.com sends to you following a purchase includes the Associate Retailer’s phone number. If you have any questions regarding your order or need return information please contact our Associate Retailer. With multiple product items the Associate Retailers phone number will be listed just under the product name.

Shipping
Buyoffseason.com ships via what our Associate Retailer’s have provided. Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose at checkout, as well as the items in your shopping cart. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

All orders are subject to a 2-3 business day(s) processing time. Expedited or Air shipping may not decrease your order processing time. It will decrease your order’s transit time once it has left our Associate Retailer's location.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 15 days as long as the product has not been used, and is in its original "new" condition. All returns must be received within 15 days of original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed within 2-3 business days (mon-fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping and in some cases a restocking fee. If your return is not the result of our Associate Retailer’s error, and the item was shipped to you free, the original shipping cost of that item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our Associate Retailer’s standard shipping cost for that item.
All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to Buyoffseason.com.
Some of our Associate Retailer(s) items may not be returnable and are noted in the product description.

Return Authorization
Prior to a return or exchange please contact the Associate Retailer by phone that is listed on your invoice just under the product name. The Associate Retailer will issue you a return authorization. You also need to notify us that you are returning the product. Please email us at: returns@buyoffseason.com.

Our Associate Retailer(s) reserve the right to determine, in their sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise.

In order for our Associate Retailer to accept your return package you must email back to us the method you are shipping and that shipping company's tracking number.

Taxes
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state where our Associate Retailer(s) have a physical location. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside of the state where our Associate Retailer(s) resides or has a physical location.

buyoffseason.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, American Express and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card not Approved by our Address Verification System.

Product Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not currently available from our Associate Retailer(s), you will be notified via E-mail as soon as possible. You will only be charged for items that are shipped. We will send your order with appropriate adjustments for any item(s) that happen to be out of stock by our Associate Retailer(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by buyoffseason.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered. ERRORS ARE SUBJECT TO CORRECTION. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

If any conditions apply specifically for that product item from our Associate Retailer, it will be indicated in the product description of that product. Images are provided by the Associate Retailer and may not be that specific item such as color, size, etc. Make sure to read the description and carefully make your selection of size, color, etc. before placing your order.
