Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method our Associate Retailer had provided for their listed products. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
All orders are subject to a 2-3 business day(s) processing time. Expedited or Air shipping may not decrease your order processing time. It will decrease your order’s transit time once it has left our Associate Retailer's location.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please communicate directly with our Associate Retailer (the seller). Their phone number is listed on the sales receipt you received via email (just below the product item line) when you placed the order.
If you've already attempted to contact the Associate Retailer but were unable to resolve the problem, CLICK HERE. Please explain the issue you have with your product and our Associate Retailer (Seller).
Once arrangements have been made with our Associate Retailer (Seller) and yourself, returns must be received within 15 days of original receipt date (unless otherwise stated in the description of the product that the Associate Retailer provided with the product listing or other arrangements you have worked out with our Associate Retailer).
All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed within 2-3 business days (mon-fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price of the product less original shipping and in some cases a restocking fee will apply. If your return is not the result of our Associate Retailer(s) error, and the item was shipped to you free, the original shipping cost of that item will be deducted. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our Associate Retailer’s standard shipping cost for that item.
All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges.
Some of our Associate Retailer(s) items may not be returnable and are noted in the product description.
Our Associate Retailer(s) reserve the right to determine, in their sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise. Once our Associate Retailer informs us of the agreed return or exchange we will make the credit/charge adjustment.
If you are shipping the product back to our Associate Retailer make sure to use a shipper that provides a shipper's tracking number. This will provide confirmation that the Associate Retailer had received the return product.
If our Associate Retailer agrees to a return that is beyond the 15 days and is more than 30 days from the purchase date the refund will come directly from the Associate Retailer. The purchaser will hold harmless BuyOffSeason.com of any responsibility the Associate Retailer may have made regarding the return and how the Associate Retailer was to make the refund (if any was agreed to).
Taxes
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state where our Associate Retailer(s) have a physical location. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside of the state where our Associate Retailer(s) resides or has a physical location.
Payment Methods
buyoffseason.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, American Express and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card not Approved by our Address Verification System.
Product Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not currently available from our Associate Retailer(s), you will be notified via E-mail as soon as possible. You will only be charged for items that are shipped. We will send your order with appropriate adjustments for any item(s) that happen to be out of stock by our Associate Retailer(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by buyoffseason.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered. ERRORS ARE SUBJECT TO CORRECTION. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

If any conditions apply specifically for that product item from our Associate Retailer, it will be indicated in the product description of that product. Images are provided by the Associate Retailer and may not be that specific item such as color, size, etc. Make sure to read the description and carefully make your selection of size, color, etc. before placing your order.
