Associate Retailer’s of BuyOffSeason.com maintain their own quantities of products listed on this site. BuyOffSeason.com is held harmless for Associate Retailer’s listed availability of their products.
If you, as a buyer, places an order and the Associate Retailer does not have that item in stock (or has not updated their product quantities on this site) you will be refunded 100% of all charges.
If you are ordering mutliple products it is more than likely they will be shipped from several different Associate Retailers around the country. If this is your case and one of the product items is not available from an Associate Retailer the remainder of the products will be shipped from the other Associate Retailers.
